Iridium Pilot is one of the most popular options for affordable satellite broadband Internet at sea. While the airtime options have always been competitive, Iridium just introduced a brand new promo that gets you double airtime minutes at no additional cost, and for no additional contract period.
Iridium Pilot Combo Plans
Iridium Pilot Combo Plans provide you with a monthly allotment of airtime that you can use for either data or voice calling. These are excellent plans for mid-level usage and for a limited time only, Combo Plan D and Combo Plan E provide double airtime minutes for all new Iridium Pilot activations.
Double airtime is good for both annual and seasonal contracts.
Combo Plan D
With this plan you get a monthly allotment of airtime that, if you were to use it exclusively for data, would give you a max of 110 MB per month. If you were to use your airtime exclusively for voice calling you would have a max of 1,060 minutes per month. This plan costs $483 per month (annual) and is also available as a seasonal plan.
Double Airtime Promo: Now on Combo Plan D you get a max of 220 MB per month or a max of 2,120 voice minutes per month.
Of course, the great thing about Combo Plans is that you can use your airtime for both voice and data calling. All your usage is deducted from the same airtime allowance per month.
Combo Plan E
With this plan you get a monthly allotment of airtime that, if you were to use it exclusively for data, would give you a max of 350 MB per month. If you were to use your airtime exclusively for voice calling you would have a max of 2,500 minutes per month. This plan costs $966 per month (annual) and is also available as a seasonal plan.
Double Airtime Promo: Now on Combo Plan D you get a max of 700 MB per month or a max of 5,000 voice minutes per month.

Iridium Pilot Custom Bundles
Custom bundles with the Iridium Pilot provide the most "bang for your buck" for high-usage users. With Custom Bundles you get a monthly allotment of data but no voice. The double airtime promotion on these plans is only eligible for new activations at 128kbps.
Custom Bundle: 75 MB
With this plan, you traditionally get 75 MB of airtime within a month. This plan costs $388 per month (annual) and is also available as a seasonal plan.
Double Airtime Promo: Now on the 75 MB Plan you get 150 MB per month.
Custom Bundle: 200 MB
With this plan, you traditionally get 200 MB of airtime within a month. This plan costs $656 per month (annual) and is also available as a seasonal plan.
Double Airtime Promo: Now on the 200 MB Plan you get 400 MB per month.
